It might be easier to find a trustworthy local jeweler to help you find a setting that would work for your stone.  A) They’ll know what they can and can’t do with a setting, and B) they’ll probably be able to order the setting you want anyway.

If you want to browse online first, a lot of jewelers seem to get their stock settings from the companies Stuller and Adwar.  Neither of those websites have prices on them, but your jeweler can let you know what the price of the setting you want is.

I got my ering from Brilliant Earth and I love it. They have some gorgeous designs. I think they only do gold and platinum though.

Last time I looked there were several settings available on Ebay.  

Also, jewelry television http://www.jtv.com has settings available in white and yellow gold.

@RastaCook:  My local jeweler said it would be $75-100 to have it set by them.
