To be honest there is no “fast way” to sell it unless you list the price super low then it will sell fast anywhere! List it on preowned…here…ebay classifieds…craigslist, etc

I used RecycledBride and eBay; no one bid on my dress on eBay, but I got TONS of interest on RecycledBride!

I was like a 10 dress bride and I wasn’t really familiar with any of the used wedding dress websites but I both sold & bought many items on eBay so that’s where I went to sell mine.

i think you’ll find that if you market it correctly with lots of detail in the title and description (and add great photos! ebay gves you 12 photos for free!) you’ll have no problem getting $200 for an Alvina Valenta gown in wedding-day ready condition.

i would list it for $395 or best offer on a 30-day auction (or more) because more often than not, ebayers will offer 50% less than your asking price….

also eBay takes 7% of the total sale and Paypal will take 3% I think?

so you’ll be able to net $200 if you sell it for $225.

if you’re interested it seeig what you can get, I would list it well and start it on a Thursday evening for a 10-day auction to end on a Sunday evening (when people are most at their computers). I would start it at $1 and just see what happens! You’d be surprised how passionate the bidding gets when there is a deal to be had!

good luck!!!
