I take New Chapter Prenatal Vitamins. They are organic and can be taken on a full or empty stomach. They are really good, and I like them a lot. However, if you are someone who forgets to take pills they may not be right for you becuase you take them 3 times a day. Someone did post on here a few days ago that you can take two at once if you can’t remember to do it 3 times a day. Also keep in mind there is no omega in the New Chapter vitamins. I asked my OBGYN about this, and she said it doesn’t matter either way.

I take PregVit Folic 5. My doctor gives me a prescription for it b/c the over the counter ones are so big. These aren’t small but they’re not as big and I can actually swallow these ones 🙂

I take Rainbow Light vitamins plus their DHA supplement. They are food based and don’t upset my stomach and I only have to take one of each a day to get everything I need.

I take Costco Prenatal Vitamins.

My gyn had given me 10 different sample packs and there were all generally the same.

Costco ended up costing me less, so I went with that.

I take Nature’s Made Prenatal + DHA – I have been on it for just about 2 months and I have experience no side effects. I like it and think I will continue with it.

I was on Target brand prenatal, but recently switched to NatureMade prenatal + DHA.  The target brand didn’t have DHA and I didn’t want to have to take another supplement.

NatureMade prenatal + DHA, bought it at Costco though, Dr. was fine with any brand but really wanted DHA in it

@2BeeWed2013  I got the New Chapter Perfect Prenatals at Natural Health Market. However, if you go to their @2BeeWed2013 you can look at the store locator for your area. I was the one who posted about being able to take them all at once or equally spaced out. I emailed their customer service to ask. I love them. No stomach issues from them at all. They contain Folate instead of Folic Acid and their Vitamin A is 100% beta-carotene. Plus it contains an herbal blend.

@2BeeWed2013  I’m also taking Materna and now you have me second guessing!
