Baking soda + coconut oil as a moisturizer !!!! I swear by this, my face is always problematic, and using a pure baking soda paste (soda + water) works wonders. I use it generally before bed, you can use it as a regular facewash, or as a mask for 3-5 minutes. Personally I get better results with the mask. It exfoliates and cleans SO well… The only thing is that it makes my face a bit dry, but then comes in the coconut oil, and just a touch keeps me moisturized the entire day! I see results with this combo overnight, and it’s less than $20 (mostly depends on what size coconut oil you get, I use pure organic oil, brand name: nutiva I think) I’ve tried scores of other products, the biggest thing I’ve learned is that your typical drug store wash is nothing but a waste of money, for real. The baking soda clears all types of blemishes for me, blackheads, pimples, everything … Give it a try for a few days, I’m certain you’ll be surprised!

One other great spot remover is plain old triple antibiotic ointment, it’s meant to heal infected cuts and scrapes- why not face infections? Been using this one for years, it’s also inexpensive and works crazy good, just put a bit on the affected spots and leave it as long as you can

hey, OP first of all I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. I used to have such bad acne that I didn’t wanna leave my house.
My advice may sound extreme, but it’s what worked for my acne, which was also pretty extreme.
I cut out sugar, dairy, and wheat and watched my carb intake. Keto diet, basically, so mostly protein and fats. I also limited my food and water intake to one hour daily as to let my body heal and rest from digestion. This especially helped the speed of my skin’s recovery. Just make sure you get enough food and lots of water.
I’m now free of eczema, acne and acne scars. But just a warning: once you’ve been doing this a while, and you cheat, the consequences are even worse than before because your tolerance to junk food is low.
I wouldn’t have tried any of this if my situation wasn’t absolutely desperate.
