I actually gave in, after many department stores (Target, Kohls, etc.) & went & got fitted at Victorias Secret.  I own absolutely nothing from there & had never been shopping in there before, but the girl I dealt with was super nice, she measured me, and found a bra I absolutely love!  It was $55, but it’s very comfortable, came with convertible straps I could put back on & adjust for a one shoulder dress/shirt in the future, and most importantly my boobs look great in it! HAHA.  Go to a lingerie store and get fitted.

BrandyQ did except at lasenza. Their “body kiss” convertible strapless bra is the softest and most comfortable bra I’ve ever owned 🙂

Nordstrom’s.  I had such a great experience.  I had ordered something off of their website and it didn’t work for me so I returned it — no questions asked.  They were also able to help me find what DID work and measure me.  I was wearing bras that were a band size too big and a cup size too small, which apparently is the norm.  They were so helpful and I ended up getting both a strapless bra and some shapewear to control my tummy area.  I was going for a bustier but they convinced me otherwise.

I wouldn’t go to Victorias secret.  Their strapless bras don’t hold me in.  Instead,  go to an independent lingerie shop.   They will find a good one for you.   Mine did!

My dress was also ivory organza. I wore the nude Wacoal Red Carpet bra. I got mine from Lord and Taylor online, and the 2nd one I bought was from amazon. This is one of my fave bras of all time. There is silicone lining so the bra doesn’t budge, it is amazingly comfortable, and it gives such a nice shape!!!! My dress also was more of a plunge sweetheart neckline and this was one of the only bras that did not show! I still wear it all the time and I bought my cousin one to wear to her wedding too.
