I just got home from meeting with my wedding planner and what do I find? My dear sweet future husband cleaning our apartment and doing laundry! I asked him before I left if he woukd clean the kitchen because I sprained my pinky and can’t do that. And this over achiever is cleaning the apartment!
Isn’t it great when your SO cleans up? To me thereis nothing sexier than a man who will fold my clothes and clean the kitchen….

Oh I completely agree – even if it’s just putting laundry or cooking a simple meal – it means that’s one less thing I need to do and I’m so grateful!
I think my Fiance is starting to realise the connection of doing chores and getting some extra attention from me 😉

It actually makes me very happy to come home and find that he did the dishes and is cooking dinner.

I would be estastic, but I would then hold the alien hostage and ask where he put my husband…who cleans only under duress and direct supervision.

I’m pretty sure my husband doesn’t actually know how to clean.

Of course, he’s a far better housekeeper than I am sadly…

It’s nice when FH does…but it’s RARE. Annnnnd I don’t think he would go above and beyond what I ask him.

The best thing my hubs ever does for me is wash my car when I’m out of town. 🙂

I absolutely hate cleaning! Sometimes FH will clean the kitchen and do all the stuff I hate doing (scrubbing the sink, polishing the granite) and I’m eternally grateful 🙂
I don’t like it when he does my laundry though…he has no idea why some things should stay out of the dryer and has two pairs of lululemon yoga pants.

My Fiance is the clean one, I am the cluttery mess. Since we put his house on the market in February I have been much better about keeping on top of cleaning and putting things away, I think I’ll be able to keep it up once we move to OUR NEW HOUSE next week. 😀 😀 😀
I do a fair amount of the cooking since I get home from the office earlier than he does, and he said that him doing the dishes is fair since I cook. I hate doing dishes by hand so I agree whole-heartedly.
As long as I keep the piles of paper down, mostly mail and school work, I think we will have a clean and happy home. Wish me luck!
