So, I am wondering what the best way for guests to share photos from the wedding.
I’ve seen apps for this. Some are free and some are not.
I’ve heard of instagram but I have NO idea what it is or how it works. I have NEVER used it.
What do you think is the best and EASIEST way for guests to share their photos???

we used WedPics. We put signs on each table with how to download the app and share and it was a hit! In addition to what our profesional photographer captured, we got over 200 great photos from our guests. I liked that the app let us download the photos onto our computer and print them at full resolution and we got a lot of fun candids.

Not sure if you do facebook either, but now apparently (I haven’t used it, but have seen others use it) on albums you can have contributers. That may be a way as well. Then anyone who is listed as a contributer or requests to be one or something can add photos. I wouldn’t only do that though, since many don’t have FB, but it’s a (free) option as well.

Wedpics. We sent the info via email several times before the wedding. Most people registered the day of. We have over 700 pictures of anything wedding related. In the end, it was a huge hit! People got pictures from events where we did not have a photographer as well. Found some of my friends have quite the eye!
P.s. we are not on Facebook

Is Wed Pics free to use?
Can you have your pictures printed off by a Walgreens or CVS, ect,? Or do you have to go through them to have prints printed??

Yes it is free to use! They work by inserting their ads between some of the pictures once your wedding has taken place. So, as you are scrolling through your photos, you might see some ads here and there. Not a big deal. I got over it really quickly, because its such an amazing resource, and ultimately worth a small inconvenience. You can save all of your pictures to your computer or any other device and do with them as you wish! You have the option of printing through them if you like. The pictures came out great, it all depends on the quality of the camera that took the photo (and most of ours were taken with phones). I would never have gotten so many shots using only our (amazing) paid photographer. They don’t put any logos anywhere.
