(Closed) Best Way to Notify Guests of Venue Change?

I think you are going to have to call each person/couple and notify them personally. It’s the only way to insure they all know.

@Overjoyed:  well in that case, as long as it won’t affect their attire or any decisions they need to make I wouldn’t worry too much about it.  Personally, I would probably send a change of venue card but I’m also a card person and love sending and receiving mail!

As long as you are absolutely sure that everyone is staying at the hotel, I don’t think you need to go out of your way to let them know in advance. It would probably be a good idea to have the hotel give out a card with the new ceremony location though, in case some people weren’t planning to take the shuttle.

@Overjoyed:  I would send out a memo (email, fb, text, invitation), but I would also call and speak with guests. I would not trust that everyone would check the memo.
