I think a good DJ is important to keep the party going, and my fiancé love love loves photobooths.

@missmovies:  I’m the opposite! I hate menu cards (most weddings are served or buffets, so I’ll see what I’m eating when I get it, lol) I LOVE wedding programs, though! They’re always so unique. Ours are spunky designed with colors and cool paper. Recently, I’ve had cousins with super formal embossed sparkle letters. It’s nice to see the order and the names.

I agree with @Pinkmoon:. A reception is only as good as the DJ. My sister hired some cheap DJ and it was awful. He was unorganized and unprofessional. My cousin hired the best of the best, the reception flowed so smoothly and the dance floor was packed all night!

Great question! I really like paper products, so anything related to that I tend to look at, including programs. Place cards/seating tags are also really important to me! And, of course, FOOD! You can sort of count on weddings to serve the same kinds of food time and again so I love when there is something different.

@missmovies:  being a Graohic Designer you’d think I would love everything that I could customize but I am not a fan of programs, menu cards, pew cards lol the Invitations are going to be my favorite part, but right now I’m having fun making Pommanders for the centerpieces! Food is important, DJ is nice, too
