I lift and have capped shoulders (look a bit more developed now than I do in these photos). An A line worked best for me as overall I am fairly hourglass/pear. These are the most ‘muscley’ photos I could find. They’re from when I tried on dresses as I don’t have my professional photos back yet. 

It’s also very soft and flowy and quite comfy! Watters Love Marley, style Penelope

I CrossFit. I have very long lean arms but large shoulders. I wore 2 dresses for my wedding. I think you need to try different styles and see what you feel comfortable in.

I had a giant ass ballgown and loved it.
