Chantelle is supposed to have a really amazing sports bra. They are a lingerie company that specializes in bras for full-busts, I know they do a lot of product development and testing and this is supposed to be an amazing bra for working out in!

I have the same problem with pants/tights/capris sliding down and shorts riding up thanks to my well-endowed butt/thighs and small waist. My favorite pants/capris for running are from MPG Sport (google them, they are awesome pants with 4-way stretch, good compression, and consistent support), and Athleta (I look for the ones in a thicker, slick fabric to prevent stretching and sagging during longer workouts). I avoid anything with a low-rise waist as those tend to slide down more easily than other pairs.

I have a pair of Under Armor compression shorts that I wear under my normal running shorts to prevent the dreaded inner thigh chafe. Good luck!

I have a lot of Nike and UA but everything I have by lululemon is head and shoulders better quality. I have the same problem with the thighs of my shorts riding up and the only shorts that stay out fi me are my lulus (and a random old pair from old navy that they don’t make anymore). I don’t workout in my tights though but I think they would stay put well also.

I also LOVE their bras, I usually buy them down a size so that they fit extra tight, but that’s preference. But I’m a 34C so I’m  not sure how they would work for you.

I live in my Lululemon. I’m an avid gym-goer, so I have quite a few friends with musclely thighs vs. lean waists and everyone lives in their Lulu tights. The Inspire tight is a favourite; it has a drawstring inside you can tie to tighten up the waist. They have a lot of things that are cut for athletic builds and one of the things they focus on is to have excellent customer service in the store. Wouldn’t be a bad time of year to go in, pick something out, and put it on your Christmas wishlist!

I am also a huge fan of Lucy, more than Lulu. But My chest size is similar to yours and the only bra I can wear is the Lululemon tata tamer. Otherwise I just throw on two sports bras if that one is in the wash, and they are held down just fine 🙂

My husband works at Nike so I’m obviously biased, but I only wear nike pants or yoga pants from glyder apparel. I really like the Nike legend tights. My sports bra are also Nike with the cup sizes, but I believe they only have Dear Daughter, which works for me and is also the same sauce I wear in vs sports bras.

My favourite tights are Nike (don’t rate Adidas) and I’ve also been pleasantly surprised by H&M’s latest offerings.

Sports bra wise mine are all from Marks&Spencer (if you are in USA this may not be an option though). I actually forgot my sports bra at the gym last night so wore a normal bra and was amazed at how different it felt. I’d never realised what a great job they do until I wasn’t wearing one!

My favourite trainer brand has always been Nike – I admit this is partially because I love how they look!

For me Nike do the best sport bras, if you pick the highest support one. It comes in wide range of cup sizes.

I never wear shorts so no suggestions there.

I like lululemon track bottoms but their leggings were so crazy tight I don’t know what the hell that was. But I also don’t like to struggle to get in and out of my clothes and easing and pulling tight tights when you have long nails is pretty difficult so there’s that. I like to be able to just slip into my workout pants.

Also a 30H here, and I second PP’s suggestiong of Shock Absorber. Single best purchase I ever made for my health. I bought 2 bras (30G) in 2014 and am just now thinking that I might want to replace them, after 2 years of working out in them and frequent washing! Amazing quality.
