I highly recommend doing some maternity yoga…I haven’t been able to do any strenuous cardio due to extreme dizziness but continuing some kind of stretching routine will make a huge difference when you hit that third trimester and all your joints start to hurt. 

I don’t have any specific videos to recommend but there are several podcasts that are available and I found a local place that has prenatal yoga also.
