Its a pain in the ass that the area there will not tone as fast as my legs did. Whats a good yoga move, workout position, etc regimen for that are that works for you?

That can be targeted with arm and back exercises. I’d say to do weight training for sure. If you belong to a gym get into the group ex classes that do high rep, low weight weight lifting and other toning classes. A lot of body weighted exercseis like all variations of pushups are also great. You want to target your biceps, trcieps, and shoulders while doing are exercises as well as your entire back.

To lose fat you need to eat less than your body burns and (to optimise composition) do some kind of progressive resistance training (weights/bodyweight).
I do all sorts of upper body strength exercises and yoga and I still have armpit fat, though, because I’m still kinda chubby.
honestly, i think my armpit fat is due to wearing the wrong size bras for years. have you gotten a proper bra fitting?
I am a personal trainer and would definitely recommend an hour 3X a week of HEAVY weight upper body exercises. spend an hour on each body part – chest, back, shoulders.
My personal suggestion would be doing a lot of chest press, flys, shoulder exercises front lat raises, side raises, shoulder presses, just an FYI – lat pull downs are awesome but they are for your back – and HITT cardio for fat loss
