Some of you may be aware of my recent dilemma lately about my gown.. I loved the bodice, but wasn’t a fan of the bubbling hems on the bottom of the gown.
Therefore, I took the liberty of superimposing my current gown over the trains of dresses that I DO like..
I ended up combining elements from the two most voted styles (thanks to you ladies!).. the Mori 1802 & the Casablanca 2064..
May I present… the MASABLANCA!! I LOVE IT!
..Now to get someone to alter it for me..

That’s BEAUTIFUL! But…you can do that? 😀 Cool!

I was told by a bridal salon that Casablanca is the one designer willing to do all sorts of custom changes, including “I’ll put the top of that dress on the bottom of that one.” Just a thought!

I’ve seen that done before, but I actually love the drama from your original dress better. Both are beautiful though – good luck!

I actually like the look that you transformed it into…but that is my personal taste (I am bias to flowy material and HATE pickups!)
I love you in your dress regardless, though…..just know that it might be costly to make such a change!

Totally love what you have done!
Tbh I think you have make the original design look a million times better!

Love the new design!! Great job. I would have never thought of changing a dress like that. As long as the seamstress can pull it off, it will look great.
I also love how the new bottom is more flowy. I not a huge fan of pick ups either. And it took a while to find the perfect princess gown without them.

I think it looks great!! BUT…. I’m not so sure that designers will combine the top of their dress with the bottom of another designer’s dress. Perhaps you can find two dresses from the same designer and that would make it easier for you to get it made the way you want.

OP, were you able to make the change??
