We have a set of Simply Calphelon we got on sale last year and we LOVE them. Everything slides right out and they’ve held up really well.

I work in a kitchen store so after a lot of questions and research, I bought GreenPan frying pans and a wok, and all of my pots are Zwilling J.A. Henckels. The GreenPan non stick is ASTOUNDING, and made from ceramic, so it doesn’t leak chemicals into your food. Henckels is a German company founded in 1731 and I have some pieces from their Sol Collection. The pots I have are so durable and are tri ply all-clad, and have stay cool stainless steel handles, and you can also put them in the oven.

DH and I love us some cast-iron – nonstick without chemicals or danger of leaching, they heat up evenly, they will last forever, and they are very affordable. We also have a stainless set, and just one or two pots with a nonstick coating that we use once in a great while.

We like our Emerilware stainless steel pots and pans. They were about $200 for the set, and they are made by All-Clad (they are just a much cheaper line than the regular All-Clad line).

I loooooove my Le Creuset pots and pans. I have a nonstick frying pan for scrambling eggs, but for everything else I use my LC!

All-Clad, though they’re not cheap.  We have a set and they’re amazing, but like @UberClaire said, there is a learning curve.  Plus, they’re a bit on the heavy side, so it’s my excuse to get DH to do the clean-up.  🙂

However, like several of the other Bees here, we keep one non-stick pan around to do the eggs and crepes.
