My wedding is semi DIY. I am having it catered. The caterer’s are there from our “cocktail hour” through the buffett end time (5-6:45). It occured to me, that I don’t have beverages covered after the the caterer’s leave.
So, that leads me to my next questions. How do I calculate beverage for 90 people and what are some affordable drink options? We are not serving alcohol at our reception (Venue restrictions were just too fussy for it to be worth it for us as non-drinkers).

I don’t know where to find a beverage calculator, I’m sure if you search it on the wedding bee something will come up to help you out but I do have some input on beverages for you. You can rent pretty glass dispensers from rental places and in them I would put lemonade, punch, sweet tea and unsweet tea. You can buy bulk mixes in all kinds of flavors at GFS and SAMs club. I know GFS has the packets for less than $4 each and they make 30 servings.
