We are having an open bar with beer, wine and 2 signature drinks. I have found plenty of resources on determining how much alcohol to purchase.
However, I have no idea how much non-alcoholic beverages to provide. I’d like to offer bottled water, sodas and coffee. I will also have two drink dispensers with iced tea and lemonade.
I also can’t figure out how many bottles of the mixes to buy for the mixed drinks.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Okay, bottled water should be atleast two for everyone. It all depends on how long your reception is and if it’s inside or outside but think about how much water you drink when you eat and dance. Not everyone will want water but that leaves extra for those who would want more than two.
Soda, I’m not a big soda girl but I would get a couple 24 packs of maybe two or three different kinds.
