That’s awful!!! She has some pretty bad feedback on her store, it looks like you weren’t the only bride wronged by her 🙁

🙁 i’m sorry girl… hit up ebay if it doesn’t come out! or, maybe it’s not that noticeable with your dress? i know that the real problem is how she’s handling the situation though – the veil should have never gone out like that.

@Evie19: That’s horrible ! Keep us posted – and if she doesn’t end up righting her wrong make sure you tell her you will tell EVERYONE you can get too , to not buy her products . :/

This is terrible!! I am so sorry that this happened. Not the kind of stress you want before your wedding!! Dont go through her again.. I hope you can get the glue out, and thanks for the warning!

@Evie19: Sorry you have to deal with this, it sounds like you got terrible customer service.  I hope the dry cleaners can work their magic and salvage it for you.  Keep us posted!
