I have ordered both my wedding dress and a matching jacket from Dressilyme. They recorded the wrong delivery address for both items however they did actually notice that they had the wrong country on the delivery address and it did not match the billing address as it should have. They had my full address but for some reason added the country Uganda rather than Australia. Because they checked the discrepency at first they managed to send the dress to the correct address. The jacket that I ordered was another matter. They did the same thing with the address tacking Uganda instead of Australia onto the address. The jacket has not arrived in time for my wedding. They refuse to do anything about it and constanty tell me it is my fault that they sent the jacket to Uganda and not Australia even though they have my full address and I was an existing client.
I thank heavens this did not happen with my dress but not receiving the jacket is very distressing especially because they refuse to refund my money and keep saying the problem was my fault.
Their customer service if something goes wrong is terrible. They promise anything before they have your order and money and then try to make you accept something you do not want that you specified before you ordered.
It is very distressing to have this sort of thing happening with wedding apparel. I would suggest you go with one of the other recommended Chinese dressmakers because while they are ok if all goes well they are impossible if something goes wrong or must be changed.
Just beware ladies.
