I thought I would save some money, and order my flowers online. FiftyFlowers had good reviews and a 100% satisfaction guarentee. I found beautiful flowers, and ordered them, and they did send me beautiful flowers that arrived on the scheduled date. However, they are not the flowers I ordered. I ordered yellow flowers, they sent me purple ones. After dealing with customer service for the last 24 hours, the best they can do is give me a refund. This is despite the fact I was told that they would expedite ship me the flowers I ordered, or similar ones. I am now two days before my wedding without any usable flowers. Learn from my mistake, and do not order from this company.

I had horrible a horrible experience using FiftyFlowers for my wedding. The particular flowers I ordered, recommended having them delivered two days prior to your event. I decided to play it safe, and had them scheduled to come in three days before the wedding (the wedding is Sunday, the delivery was set for Thursday). I take classes on Thursdays, so I had my mother take the delivery of the flower
s. When I arrived home that evening, I noted that the flowers that were shipped were not the flowers I ordered. I then emailed FiftyFlowers’ customer service, I received the auto-generated email that my concern was received, and would be handled by their representative. This afternoon (Friday) when I had yet to receive anything else from them, I called customer service. I was asked to take pictures of the flowers to prove that they were in fact not the flowers I ordered. I told the representative that I was at work, and what time my fiance would be able to submit the photos. She said that she would work with the farm to expedite flowers for my event, and that she would be able to submit the order as soon as the pictures were received. My fiance emailed photos to them 4:19 EST. At 5:56 I received an email stating the number I should call to work with the representative I was assigned, and that I should take more photos to show that they were not the right flowers. I then took several more photos and submitted them via text message. I was then told that even though the flowers were clearly not the ones I had ordered, the best thing they could do was refund me my money back because they did not have time to do a reship. I asked about the expedited shipping of flowers, and they said that they were unable to find the same variety of flowers for delivery tomorrow (Saturday). I said the variety did not matter as long as the colors fit my color scheme. I was then told that the farms were already closed, and that I should have submitted the photos/contacted them earlier. I tried contacting them as soon as possible via email, and got no response. I told them when I would be able to submit photos, and they said that would work. I thought that by having them delivered a full day prior to my wedding, I had built in an adequate amount of wiggle room, but I am now less then two days away from my wedding with purple flowers when I had ordered yellow. My day is ruined thanks to this horrible company. I will never do business with them again, and I hope others learn from my mistake.

I am so sorry that this happened to you. You might have to try your local Costco/Walmart or local florists to try to get it done. Good luck on getitng your yellow flowers in time for your wedding.

Eeek! I’m really sorry this has happened! I hope that you can find something that will work at a local store. This is a perfect example of why I always call to talk to a real person when I have a problem and need something done right away. Emails take too long. Good luck OP!

I am sorry you had such a bad experience with them. I thought they were great when I used them. I would definately check your local grocery stores and floral shops to see what you can find.

That really sucks. Did they not have a phone number!??
I got my flowers from Sobey’s and they were wonderful. I hope you can find something!

You poor thing! I used http://www.wegotflowers.net and could not have been more pleased. I have mentioned it in other topics, but this is my 4th time using them and we have never been disappointed. I hope it all turned out ok, post pics!!
