What is your return policy?

Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any type of dresses, accessories and swatches.

Did you order the wrong color or did they send you another color than the one you ordered? If it’s their mistake they should accept a return

Did you order that color and just don’t like the color or did they mess up?  If they messed up they must fix it. Complain to the BBB if they don’t http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Perfect-Bridal-100088079

“Our manufacturers only accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandise. We are, therefore, limited to accepting returns under similar circumstances. We carefully inspect every order to ensure it’s exactly the items that you ordered and that all items are in perfect condition. Should you find anything in your order we might have missed, you have 2 business days from the time the carrier delivers to the designated shipping address to contact us so that we can remedy the situation immediately.”

I ordered from Perfect Bridal and the experience was awesome. I think this could happen with any website that you are ordering from – even if you ordered from a salon. I ordered well in advance and my dresses came early. They were all in the correct color and sizes that we ordered. I would highly recommend ordering through the website and have done so for several brides I know that are getting married this year. Companies do mess up from time to time and as much as it sucks that your order got messed up, it is not a reason to tell people NOT to order from there. I bet if you called them and told them the situation they would do the best they could to work with you.

@aj42781: ok, chill out. I was just giving my perspective of my experience. I didnt luck out – I had several people recommend the site to me and the people I spoke to were always very polite. Im sorry you had a bad experience and I think its fine to warn people saying dont be surprised if, but Im just doing the same thing from the opposite end – Im saying, dont be surprised if it is awesome because you get a $60 discount on dresses that are the exact same. I also didnt say that you hadnt called them – please dont take your anger out on me!

@aj42781: Sorry but I don’t have an opinion on the site but that was kinda rude. PitbulLover was just giving her opinion and trying to help. I think you need to chill and take a step back.

What is with people jumping down each other’s throats so easily recently?

@aj42781: PitBul was just stating her opinion and experience – just because it doesn’t correspond with yours does not make her in the wrong. You have every reason to be upset with the company, and the fact that they are refusing to correct what I hope was their mistake and not yours, is a real problem. But it’s not PitBul’s fault. Direct that anger toward the company and call and call until you can get in touch with some higher-ups that can hopefully rectify the problem for you.

Everyone will have different experiences at different times with the same company. It happens. It doesn’t give anyone’s experience lesser value. But if you’re going to say things like beware of so and so company, or avoid it at all costs, they always mess up, etc… you’re going to be hit with 10x more positive experiences from other bees.

How did you pay?  If you used Paypal, you have 45 days to file a complaint.  If you used a credit card, call your credit card company to see if they can help you reverse the payment.

Look, the OP is having a sh*tty time, if I wasted money like that and then got told that it was my fault I’m be pretty annoyed too. Agreed she needn’t have hit back, but man, when we start assuming things – such as assuming a very stressed bride not doing everything in her power to getting the dress she paid for – things start to get heated.

I think there’s absolutely no need for people to start jumping down her throat, sure, the reply was a tad ‘inappropriate’, but I think we should all allow some leeway. We all have our bad days…

@aj42781: If you came here to get help, people are going to be a lot more relunctant to help you if you respond to them the way you responded to PitBulLover.  I understand you had a bad experience and are now unhappy about the dresses, but that doesn’t excuse talking to people that way.  Even if they are strangers.

I agree with the PP’s that you shouldn’t give up.  Keep calling and harrassing them about it.  If they screwed up, they have to give you a refund.  Otherwise I would contact your credit card company and contest the charge.

I am also curious, did you order a certain color and they sent you the wrong color? or did they send the color and you just don’t like it? Please let me know!

Another thing to be mindful of is that a lof of times the color on a website is different than the actual color of a dress. AND if you order dresses from different places (even if its the exact same dress) or even just at different times then the colors may end up being slightly different. This is because the dresses will be cut from different batches of fabric that may have slight variations.
