(Closed) Beware of Wedding Packages!

That doesn’t make sense … they’re not going to let you buy the pictures they’ve already taken?  That seems like a really dumb business practice.  Usually when someone offers you money, you don’t say no …

Arden, that does sound a bit strange that they won’t sell you additional pictures. Or do you mean that they’ll only sell them to you at a higher "non-package" rate? Even that sounds a bit strange because most photographers I know allow their clients to "upgrade" their packages but not downgrade. Sorry you’re having a bad experience!

I guess the advice here for everyone is to make sure you understand the terms of the contract you are signing and what the studio policies are regarding add-on sales or upgrades/downgrades to the package you are buying.
