I had an absolutely terrible experience when I placed my order for my thank you cards for my bridal shower. I placed my order 2 weeks ago, sent the proof in on time and twice and my order is still pending. I received a call 2 weeks later from a lady named Nancy. She spoke so fast into the answering machine I could barely understand what she was saying. I called and found that my proof did not go through a second time even though the confirmation page came up stating that my order was being sent to the printer! When I ordered my thank you cards it said I would have them in 5 – 7 days. Here I am 15 days later with no thank you cards to send out to to my friends and family for throwing me a wonderful bridal shower. It is ashame that they think I do not appreciate their gifts because they have not received their thank you cards yet because they are held up with wedding paper divas. I just spoke to a lady that was able to help me through to hopefully get them shipped out by the end of the week. Apparently this lady named Nancy did not take care of my order and I am very dissatisfied with the lack of attention to detail and customer service. I am very angry that as a customer I was not taken care of for a product that I am paying a lot of money for and it is so simple, just a card that says thank you on it. I am very disappointed in your logistical processes and not hiring adequate staff to push orders through. As a dissatisfied customer I have already wrote bad reviews about my experience with this company. On top of this huge inconvenience I still have to pay for shipping, and not even a discount on my order. So, even though I still have not received my thank you cards, THANK YOU wedding paper divas for stressing me out before my wedding. I have worn other brides-to-be of my bad experience. It’s ashame that I couldn’t properly thank my family and friends for the gifts they gave me for my bridal shower because my order is being held up by an imcompetent employee, Nancy.

This doesn’t make any sense. I ordered my Save the Dates from them and was very happy. The proof was sent electronically BEFORE I even placed my order. Are you sure you are talking about the Wedding Paper Divas Website?

This is news to me! I had a great experience with Wedding Paper Divas and chose them because of the positive things I heard from weddingbee. Sorry you’re going through this but in the grand scheme of things, they are just thank you cards (Target has some cute ones!). At least this mishap didn’t happen with your invitations!

My SIL ordered every single one of her paper products from Wedding Paper Divas and had an excellent experience with them. I’m sorry you seem to be the exception to what is a great service record!

I’m just curious — did you join weddingbee only to post these vendor reviews? I don’t really care either way, b/c I have never used them and don’t plan to; but I notice that you only have 3 posts on weddingbee, all of which are negative reviews of wedding paper divas, and 2 are essentially the same post.
The other bad review on them is by MrsKim, a user with just 1 post.
I am not saying this is the case, but it just has a “competitor post” vibe to it.

I am sorry you had a horrible experience with WPD!
I actually had a wonderful experience with them when I purchased my Save-The-Date Cards and Invites so I can’t say that I can relate to your problems.

I had a great experience with Wedding Paper Divas for save the dates, invitiations, response sets, reception cards, and thank you cards. We liked everything so much that we even used them for rehearsal dinner invitations.
I’m sorry that you had a tough time working with them, but your experience was very different from mine.

It is unfortunate that you were not given adequate customer service. However I think its a bit much to act like its their fault you haven’t thanked your friends and family…you can always go buy thank yous like suggested above.

I thought they were supposed to be such a great site to order from! Maybe you should call customer service and try and work something out!
