Yeah, I’ve been hearing quite a lot of dodgy stuff about wonderxue lately. Sounds like she used to be quite reliable but then she got overwhelmed with orders and consequently there are a few unhappy brides around. The fact that she gets everyone to delete their negative feedback or deletes the order so they can’t leave anything is a bit worrying. Feeling pretty happy I decided not to order from her in the end.

Oh no!! This is not good at all 🙁  I’m actually really surprised because I ordered a dress from her last year (received it in October) and it was very well made and beautiful! (I’m not wearing the dress for my wedding because I changed my mind about wearing a short dress).

I ordered a bolero from her earlier this month and haven’t received it yet …seeing this thread is making me really nervous. I have been communicating with whoever is in charge of their etsy messages (it seems to be two of them… Yuan and Lily? Could be more, who knows!) and though they have been generally responsive, they are really hard to communicate with and can be very confusing :/

@mj_14:  Oh wow, I can’t believe she just up and disappeared. How awful. I hope everyone who ordered from her has backup plans!

I literally just went there this morning to make the final order ofmy dress and her page is GONE. In the past week I’ve spoken to Lilly, Leo, Lynn, Irish. . . I just get the idea that what I want isn’t fully being understood because I’m constantly having to reiterate what I want to 8 different people. I am really releaved I didn’t order from her, but with my wedding 4 months away now, I’m no really sure what I’m going to do. . .

@ChemMon1:  Argh, that sucks. Maybe try Fabulous U or Jasmine’s Bridal Shop? They both seem to get fairly solid reviews around here. Wonderxue’s shop may also come back up, but I’m not sure I’d want to order from her now.

I wonder if Etsy took the shop down because of complaints?

It would be nice to have thought that they would have removed the shop just for the fact that none of their dresses could possibly be handmade and are obviously made in a sweatshop. But then if they started cracking down on Chinese factories/resellers there would go about 50% of the shops on Etsy.
