I loooove those types of bezel bands! Are they called semi-bezels? I think it looks great with your ring!!

jellybellynelly : It actually doesn’t look that thick/ clunky IRL. I chose this setting because its more secure and I feel I won’t loose any diamonds this way.

DrAtkins : I was told it was called a half bezel. By the jeweler I purchased it from. But I wouldn’t know the correct term. I just know I love it as well. Thank you for your kind complement.

The rings look great as a set, and the band looks comfy too. Your stone is gorgeous and I think it’s the first 4 carat I’ve seen on the bee. Enjoy wearing them!

RayofLight : Thank you for your kind compliment. I wasn’t sure when I started looking for wedding bands if I would love a bezel set band. But my e-ring band is straight and flat so I figured that the bezel around the diamonds have that clean line look to it. And when I put them on today, I felt that they matched but not in a super matchy / matchy way. I’m just thrilled my search for a wedding band is over.

Can you ladies see the yellow tint on the eternity band on these pictures under sunlight? Or is it just me who see it? Idk i just see the yellow under sunlight and in my car. π I’m just frustrated that I have to wait all over again to get another one made. The waiting is the hardest part. π π π

owls : I’m not a diamond gal but I can definitely see the yellow in the eternity band. It’ll be worth the wait to have a wedding band that pairs much better with your e-ring π

It’s debatable, but I feel there’s some darkening that happens when stones are placed inside bezels. If your solitaire is K and the stones in the band are J, they should be quite comparable other than the mounting style. Maybe jumping to G will overcome that difference.

gryffinfoot : Well at least I know now it’s just not my eyes that see the yellow.
sibs : I didn’t even think about the bezel setting darking the diamonds. I do hope going to a G-H helps the diamonds not look so dark
Thanks for your replies ladies.

redearthlady : Thanks bee! I just about went to EVERY jewelry store and tired on countless bands. I got to the point of feeling really frustrated. Even more so because none of the jewelry stores I went to had any bezel bands. But I’m so happy I finally found the one!
