I’m confused! You got a BFP but you don’t accept it and think you are having a period? :/  did you talk to your doctor about the bleeding? Lots of women have bleeding during pregnancy.

The bleeding could be implantation bleeding, or a complication with the pregnancy. Because you have PCOS, it’s really hard to determine a precise conception date– I would request an ultrasound for dating purposes.

MANY women have bleeding, especially in early pregnancy, for a variety of reasons: implantation, loss of a twin, irritable cervix, cysts, placenta issues, etc.

My guess is that you concieved around mid-may.. but that is a total guess.

Good luck! I hope that you have a fantastic pregnancy!

Oh, it’s questions like these that just fuel my crazy lol

I’ve been thinking lately that my last AF was just weird (light and stopped and started over 4-5 days) and I’m starting to wonder if it was AF at all or just bleeding for something pregnancy-related.

Congrats on the BFP!

I had bleeding early on, I think it was implantation bleeding.  So they ended up moving my EDD by 3.5 weeks at my first ultrasound.  Once you get an ultrasound in they should be able to give you an accurate EDD and you can back track a guess at conception.  Just tell them you aren’t sure when your last period was so they can do a dating ultrasound.  I don’t think there’s a really good way to know other than an ultrasound.
