Congrats! Call your OB to make an appointment for a blood test and to get prenatal vitamins. They may make you wait until you are 7-8 weeks along so go buy prenatal vitamins locally and start taking them now. Prenatal vitamins with folic acid are important because it encourages proper development of the spinal cord and reduces the chances of spina bifida. Congrats again!

Are you freaking out or has it really not hit yet???? And are you asking yourself how we got so lucky, as we see these boards of people trying for months and even years. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats! That really is a strong dark line there!
I agree that you should call your doctor and find out when they want to see you. If you don’t already have an OB, call your regular doctor for a referral. Take prenatal vitamins, and be careful with any other medication and check if it is ok in pregnancy before taking anything– like, no advil, aspirin, etc. Stop drinking if you drink. The usual. Good luck!

thanks everyone!!! The thing is that we just moved countries, so dont have a OB set up yet! It all happened so quickly. I have been prepping my body for a long time so that must have helped 🙂 but cos it was the first real cycle of TCC we didnt even try very hard and I just went on with things like normal. For godness sake, I bought a whole tonne of OPK, books, Preseed!! Which didnt even open!….well still have to wait out the 3 months and I am 39 years old so have to really take it easy, but HAPPY is an understatement!!
