ladybird:  I had that with my chemical pregnancy, but it may also be normal. Unfortunately only time will tell. I really hope this is a sticky baby for you!

I had spotting up until the day before my BFP (red and brown), and I’m 36 weeks. Unfortunately all you can do is wait…I hope it’s nothing!

Bleeding sucks. I’m 7 1/2 weeks and have bled baisically since the day of my beta test. Even to the point where I had a massive hemorrhage type bleed earlier this week. Apparently baby is still there and has a heartbeat and all I can do it wait. Thinking of you xox

ladybird: Hope it’s all OK. Fingers crossed for a sticky baby. Could it be implantation bleeding or are you well past that time in your cycle?

I bled a lot during my first trimester.  Sometimes brown spotting and sometimes heavier and red.  It turned out to be a harmless cervical polyp.  They can bleed heavier than you would think. My baby is now 5 weeks old and perfectly fine!

I never did bleed BUT I did cramp for a LONG time. I knew I was about to get my period. Just knew it. Currently 32 weeks and counting!

I can answer your question to Polly… I also had a chemical pregnancy once and with mine I had brown spotting, certainly not a lot, maybe three times in three days until my period started four days after the bfp. That said, I had a tiny bit of brown spotting also after my second bfp (about a week after the bfp) and everything was fine. Only time will tell… And you can try and see if the test lines are getting darker. Good luck!!

It could be decidual bleeding, which as far as I know is considered harmless. You might call your doctor for peace of mind, they can check and make sure your hormone levels are rising normally to rule out a chemical pregnancy. Good luck, and congrats!

ladybird: Ah OK, that suggests to me it may not be implantation related. FX for you!
