I know there have been a couple threads about fall wedding flowers recently but I am specifically talking about big, fluffly, light pink bouquets….
My mom is our florist and she is basically telling me to pick a more fall-like bouquet with flowers that are in-season. But I really want this style! I know about cabbage roses which have the big, fluffy heads, but my mom had never heard of them before I brought them up. She has been looking around but hasn’t found them in stores yet or with the wholesaler she has connections with. Also, although not fluffy, dahlias are huge- if we were able to do cabbage roses, dahlias, and maybe carnations? I am thinking we can achieve this look.
Is anyone else going for this type of bouquet? How are you achieving it without peonies, etc.?
