Honestly, I think it looks amazing on you! I don’t think you need a new dress. Tailoring will help you feel more confident about its fit.

The dress does not make your hips look big; it’s just a big skirt. People are used to seeing brides wearing big, full skirts like that – they don’t think we’re actually shaped like that underneath them! The belt, especially, shows off how small your waist is, and that full skirt really emphasizes your small waist as well. I think it flatters your figure beautifully.

I do not think it’s too low-cut, either in front or back, but I think a good seamstress could add more coverage by maybe moving the cups closer together in front. And, as PPs said – girl, your back looks just fine there (but, again, a seamstress can help).

I have narrow hips and when I tried on a dress similar to yours, I got that hip puff thing that is happening with you too.  It has nothing to do with the size of your hips!  Since the skirt is full and has many layers/pleats, all that extra material gets bunched up.  I think once it’s steamed and the crinoline softens it won’t puff out like that!  I also don’t think the sweetheart is too deep or the back too low, especially after it’s made to fit you right!   That Lazaro is such a gorgeous dress and it really does look beautiful on you!

I love it!! A lot of women actually lower the back to get rid of back fat, so raising it would probably be a lot worse than what you think you’re seeing (which I don’t btw)

I love the dress, but you can have the neckline altered.  It’s a big skirted dress, so it’s not your hips, but the skirt design.  You look lovely in it.

Sigh…that right there is my DREAM dress!!  And you look lovely my dear!  You could always add a crinoline underneath to make the skirt poof out a little more.  That way it wouldn’t be sitting close to your body at all…just a thought

Hi! I think the back looks fine! No fat! And I don’t think you look fat either. I have the same issue, IMO, with my dress at the hips. But when I fluff the crinoline out underneath, it changes it. Good luck! You look beautiful and I love your dress!
