The stretchy thing hurt me in the beginning too but after you get used to him it will definitely feel better. Plenty of foreplay and KY helps me.

@Nlmiele:  My Fiance is large and I had the same issue at first. You really either have to suck it up and do it more often or toys, I used these while we were long distant. I dont mean normal toys they have some to help just for this problem, its a set of 5 or 6. I understand how horrible it feels mentally and physically to not be able to perform the way you want hope the best for you.

Try a different lube. Most aren’t hypoalergenic so they burn.

use lots of lube and foreplay and don’t like him enter all the way at first. It will feel alot better once you loosen up.

Oh,one thing that helped is playing with yourself before he enters you and keep doing it.

Nlmiele:  I had the same issue, and I use the Just like Me lube from Pure Romance. It’s really nice, and it rewets itself so if you put it in earlier in the day, and then you get wet or if he does down on you, it will go back to being just as wet as before, so you don’t have to think about it as much. I have issues with dryness, which at my age (23) was really confusing for me, but this stuff really helped.

ANyone in this situation should consider using medical-grade vaginal dilators. They are primarily used by women who are undergoing chemo in the pelvic region or MTF women after gender reassignment surgery. My doctor recommended them to me because I have some vaginal structural issues and needed to stretch. Mine came as a set of 6 that slowly increased in size, from the size of a pinkie finger to the size of a very large erect penis. I used lots of Astroglide lube and started from the smallest. I used each size for about a week before upgrading to the next size. The key is to make sure they’re tapered, insert them slowly, make sure you’re relaxed, and keep them in for a few minutes a day. I now no longer need to use the dilators at all and sex is not painful or difficult now, but we still use a ton of Adtroglide lube. I used dilators from a British compeny called Femistent, but they’re no longer in business.

How much foreplay are you engaging in before he penetrates? I would say wait until you are healed, spend at least 30 mins enjoying some foreplay, use lube, let him warm you up with his fingers, then really slowly ease in. This should get better over time, but I’ve never heard of someone tearing so much, so I have to wonder if something else is the cause.
