It’s just one month… the chances of getting pregnant are slim in 1 month but if you do get pregnant you may end up getting morning sickness during the wedding.  Do you have options (condoms, abstaining) in case you don’t want to risk it at all?

But you were going to be off BC anyway… I say go without for the month.

I would just let it run out and be careful your last month..are you suggesting you want to start TTC or just get off hormones?

For me, walkins cost money..so it wouldn’t be worth it, but I’m not really sure where you get your pills or what your options are so that does factor into the equation–and your in Canada so nevermind..LOL I don’t know your health care system 🙂

For one month, I’d just stop a little earlier than planned. Use condoms if you’re concerned about pregnancy. I know they’re not fun, but we used them for several months between my going off the pill and when we decided to TTC.

There are a couple of other things to keep in mind when you go off the pill, beyond needing to use a different form of birth control.  Sometimes your hair and skin can get pretty oily, some people get breakouts.  Your cycles can also be completetly unpredictable.

It might be best to maintain the status quo, if it isn’t too big of a hastle.  You don’t want zits and cramps for your wedding!

What frustrating timing!  Have you gone off BC before?  The idea of going off a month before the wedding makes me nervous, since the combo of changing hormones and wedding stress could be bad.  But maybe it would be no big deal for most people??
