If in doubt, bang it out!

Sorry that’s really crass, I know, but remember you’re allowed to have sex even if you aren’t for sure ovulating. It’s SO easy to get caught up in TTC and timing everything perfectly, but if you’re not sure just BD anyway. Better to have “useless” sex than to miss your window because the signs were vague.

Just FYI I conceived on a 10 day LP. So don’t freak out if yours is on the shorter side!

nurseybee55 :  It really varies from person to person, so you’ll probably figure out your normal the more cycles you track. I’ve got a whole bunch of friends that track their cycles consistantly (yay Catholics lol) and many see fertile CM the day before their temp rise, which would mean the day of ovulation or the day before. The important thing to remember is that sperm can live in fertile mucus for quite a while, so whenever you see it it’s a good time to BD just in case. It really is confusing, but try to relax and enjoy it as much as possible. 🙂 FX!

nurseybee55 :  Ive found that it takes several cycles to figure out what your symptoms mean.  Also i think fertile cm can start a few days before ovulation, so you may be a positive ovulation test soon.  keep testing and most of all, stay patient and positive!
