I am having a classic hollywood black and white theme with diamonds and jewels. I’ve made a antique diamond brooch bouquet. I want my Bridesmaid or Best Man to have black dresses with diamond brooches. Im requesting my guests wear black and white with a splash of color.
I need help adding a splash of color to my bridesmaids to have those pictures pop. Im having an evening November outdoor gazebo wedding at a Historical Brick Mason House. I’m not sure if I should use bright colors for their bouqeuts or something in their hair , or possibly a parasol. My centerpieces are Eifel vases with branches and jewels. It will be a dim lit ceremony. I also have antique colored jewled brooches to attach to the stem of the Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquets.
Any ideas ladies?

What color are you wanting to splash with?
I think red would look fab.

I really like when the bridesmaids wear coloured shoes as their splash of colour and coloured sashes are really nice too:
(I got the image from Miss Whale: http://www.weddingbee.com/2012/11/14/mis-matched-bridesmaids-dresses/#axzz2L0QWnPsA)
ETA: Our wedding was red and black and white and this we went with red and black dresses for the BMs with white bouquets for the regular BMs and a red one for my Maid/Matron of Honor and they all wore black heels:

I think red roses would best fit your theme and make that pop you are looking for. I would leave hair pieces just sparkly. I think other props wouldn’t fit your venue or theme. You could also add sparkles to their bouquets

Wow! Amazing suggestions. I am not sure what color to splash with, or if I should use several colors

My wedding is black and white damask with a pop of deep purple. My BM’s are wearing black dresses with deep purple sashes and carrying the same shade purple bouquets.

I think red would be best. Red will make your b&w pop and keep that classic hollywood theme you’re going for. I don’t think you could do a bunch of bright colors and keep the classic hollywood look.
Here’s some inspiration :

I went down the rainbow route. My BMs were in black infinity/convertible dresses (from Muse) and they chose what colour shoes they wanted to wear. They had bouquets which matched their shoes (and flowers for their hair if the wanted some) and my bouquet was a mixture of all of theirs! I had 4 BMs (red, yellow, green and blue) and one groomsmaid (purple). I gave them all personalised fans as a token gift but, due to unseasonally hot weather that day, they actually came in useful! Here’s a couple of photos (minus the purple groomsmaid as she was already with the grooms party when these were taken).
