I don’t have a black cat, but I’ve always wanted one! I’ve always wanted one with blue eyes, if I could find one. And a girl one, and I’d name it Isis. :3

I have a black cat! Her name is Delilah, and she’s a rescue. She had problems with ear termites back at her foster home, and she had her ear sewn down by a vet to help it heal, and the vet said it would eventually pop back up. But it healed down and never popped up, so she has a cute little folded down ear.

I just posted this picture. I was singing, and she didn’t like my singing voice!

I love my little black kitty! We also have a white one, so I call them My Night and My Day

Thanks for starting this topic.  Black cats will always have a special place in my heart.  Here’s my cat as a three-month old kitten.  Her name is Bear.  She’s now 4 years old.  I adopted her from a local rescue group.  They thought she was a boy, hence the masculine name Bear.  She’s a purring champ, follows me everywhere, and even greets me at the door when I come home.  I love her so much.

We had a black cat when we were kids!  My dad named him Alowishus Mahoney III, he was a cool cat.

Here’s a cute picture of my two cats that live with my brother- the black one is Fang, the Siamese is MooShoo. Fang had been at the shelter for almost 9 months before we adopted him. Poor black kitties getting the short end.

I LOVE this thread!!!!

I don’t have any pics, but my family was always proud of our rescue black kitties. Both were neighborhood cats that we took in beause we couldn’t stand the thought of a homeless black cat. Our first was named Lucky, and our second is named Charms 🙂

I am spazzing out at the cuteness of this thread.

I love my little kitty! She’s definitely my furbaby.
