misspbee:  Yours is large too, like mine, but somehow with the square edges looks more streamlined. Very pretty!

Leedz:  H! Leedz!

In general I am a go big or go home type of girl! Hehe!!! For engagement style rings I LOVE finger coverage. πŸ™‚ I have a TON of personality so pull it off well. I keep my personal style more classic to balance it.

With this particular ring, in my personal opinion, it faces up HUGE… even on my (current) 8-8.25 finger. I normally do asscher, emerald or cushion and had never owned a large round stone.

I don’t feel it ostentatious… I just think, personally, that round stones have the ability to LOOK larger than they actually are. The saving grace is that it’s black and doesn’t reflect much light.

Hope this helps!!! Also just MY opinion and personal preference. You may adore it!!! Regards!

*If you have never seen a 5ct (12mm) large stone on your hand perhaps order a replica online from emitations, tiger gems (etsy) or berricle. Tiger gems has a 4ct 10mm man made black diamond that looks almost identical to my ring but with a larger halo. It may give you a good on finger refrence.* Your jeweler may be able to get in a large black diamond too.

My e-ring i white and black diamonds  I love the look!  So classy and elegant.  I recently got a replacement ring bc the band to go with my B&W ring is more than we can afford before the wedding… so I will wear the replacement ring and band until our one year anni πŸ™‚  Here is my wedding set

Debbiestelle:  I tried one on, a 5 ct round, it is huge & it was a solitaire! I’m either going 2.5-3 ct πŸ™‚

I LOVE my black diamond ring! It’s so me. I love that it’s unique, & not traditional at all. I could stare at my ring all day long.
