Score!  You did do really well!  Isn’t it a relief when you get so much done?  I ended up having a late start so there wasn’t much left lol.  But I wasn’t in a rush to get gifts so no biggie.  At least I avoided the rush and there were some good sales toward the end of the afternoon.  My main mission was to help  my Mother buy her Christmas gifts which was a success.

Elliptical: Saved $1200

That’s the most exciting one, lol. I also got a humidifier for $19 instead of $39 =]

@crebre – Awww.  That sucks girl!

I didn’t do much shopping but scored robes for my kids for $10.00 at Target and a small TV for $99.00.

Sometimes the hassel isn’t worth it, for me.

Well, it definitely was a spur of the morning purchase, but we’ve been talking about it for months and the $2,500-$3,000 original price tags were not encouring…we kept going “hardwood floors or elliptical?….hardwood floors…” but for $1049 it was like, “aw shoot lets’ just get it”

Plus none of my pants fit now that i’ve gained 10 pounds after the wedding, LOL. Except my stretch jeans. It was a sad morning to realize no dress pants fit, haha. If it stares at me every day I will use it since I don’t have the time to literally go to the gym…but i do have time if it’s in the house. =]

@corgs and querida: ummm yeah it bites, but the best christmas present is having our family in tact… we’ll probably start shopping for the kids this weekend and our gifts for each other are pretty nil

YES it was! He wants it, too–he’s also 2″ heavier in the waist. Plus, he has more money than me, LOL. I cover all the bills so he gets all the “extronneous purchases” which means he technically bought it, lol. Plus, HE gets to put it together! Buah ha ha. Along with the garage door opener and moving all the stuff in the old fridge to the new fridge. We went a little crazy and bought new appliances, too (pre-thanksgiving sale though, because i have a VIP Partner discount with GE appliances), so we also have a new stove/double oven, range, and fridge. We spent oodles of money since he got home.

Yes, we are =]. Oh, i need to come back and share bedroom paint colors with the hive for our bedroom—the ultimate “it’s us” is changing paint colors! I think I need some help making it fresh =]. But I can’t think of the names of the colors off the top of my head.

Here’s the oven I got, corgi. We paid $862 for it. I can’t wait to use it!
