(Closed) Black robe on wedding day?

@cwedding14:  I didn’t have an outfit picked out for the day of…I wore khaki shorts and an old button down so I obviously vote to wear whatever you want!

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen a black version of the “Bride” robe at some point (source: worked at VS for years!).

I think the black robe was actually part of the Sexy Little Things collection…so it probably said “Sexy Little Bride” on it lol

Sure, why not? You don’t have to wear why simply because you’re a bride.

I’ve seen the black bride one done a lot of times (mainly because black doesn’t show makeup smudges like white does). The words (if done in rhinestones) also pop more (bride, bride-to-me, mrs. whatever, etc.).

So I say, why not do black?

do what you want…If it makes more sense to save money and use the one you have do it! Or buy the white robe you’ve imagined yourself wearing in case you may have regrets! all that matters is that your happy

@cwedding14:  I have a plain black robe from VS as well–they’re really nice! I snagged mine on sale, it was pretty sweet!
