We all get like that some days! I especially feel for you since you just had a baby which is a huge emotional, hormonal, physical change that really just rocks your world.
Just try and one thing a day to get started. Use your laundry detergent bottles or water jugs to do a set of ten arm lifts. Do 5 squats everytime you use the bathroom. Go for a walk. Anything you can do to move in this cold weather would be great!
Everyone has something different for diet. Some people reduce carbs, so people eat clean to reduce processed foods, some people watch cals/fat ( weight watchers) – you will have to find what is most sustainable and doesn’t leave you feeling deprived!
Everything will come together for you, hang in there!
