FH and I have always had our own blankets because I am a total blanket thief! Right now, I’m even using two comforters because the other night, I got cold and stole FH’s and the dog’s blanket. Haha!

I sleep with a heating pad. When it shuts off at about 2 am I start to steal the covers. 🙂

He’s the stealer!  For half the night he pushes the entire blanket in between us or on me and then he gets cold and steals the whole thing.

I think ive gotten better over the years but sometimes Im a big blanket stealer… Im also a bed hog and when Im not here and the Fiance allows the dog to sleep in the bed… shes a bed hog too… Which I find funny since shes now allowed to sleep in the bed period and he lets her when Im working (I work nights) and I feel like thats your punishment!

We both do too, and to add to the problem we have 3 dogs that usually get in bed with us (especially in the winter) and they like to try and steal the covers too!  (They try to “nest” as in gather up a big ball of covers to sleep on)

I just bought an ultra-fuzzy blanket for myself because Fiance is always complaining about my blanket stealing habits Tongue out.  I am such a wimp about being cold.

My Fiance is his own space heater, while I’m almost always cold. I sleep with like 3 comforters and he has like a single sheet. No blankie stealing that way!

He always complains that I steal the covers but its weird because I always wake up with like half a sheet on top of me! The dog sleeps in between us so i think the dog is stealing covers from both of us!

I steal the covers from him every night, which is evident by the blanket cocoon I wake up in every moring. I am going to tell him about the two blanket solution tonight, maybe it will work!

My husband complains that I do but I think that he does it more because he likes to wrap himself up in the blankets which pulls them away from me.

Fiance gets really hot at the beginning of the night, so he has fans on and even opens the window during the winter. Meanwhile, I freeze, so he starts out with the sheet and I have all the covers. Around four a.m., though, he gets cold and he steals the blankets while I freeze. Usually I just hit him in the arm to wake him up so we can equally divide them, or I pull out the spare blanket I keep within arm’s reach of the bed.

Ha!  Opposite thing here.  If I end up NOT clinging to my corner of the blanket, he steals the whole thing.  He can’t figure out why he didn’t sleep well last night – “Because I kept having to steal the blankets back, which woke you up.  A LOT.”
