Panina Tornai has about the blingiest dress I have seen, but I am sure there are more.

Casablanca does a lot of beading in their gowns.

On the high end, Pnina Tornai, Reem Acra, Ellie Saab, Jenny Packham, and Kenneth Pool have some bling (though Packham’s silhouettes are different than the others).

On the more modest end, I think Magge Sottero, Mori Lee, and Casablanca have a god amount of bling.

Because I love pictures…

Elie Saab (more AMAZING pictures here…click on the couture collections):

Jenny Packham (more here):

Reem Acra (swoon…the entire collections are here):

Some of Reem’s evening gowns could be bridal, too.

Kenneth Pool – There’s a little less bling since Amsale took over as the creative director, but the line still has beautiful gowns with nice embellishment (full collections here)

and Pnina.  Always over-the-top. Full collections here.

@JRL2012: I don’t even think more is necessarily better.  I think the sequined, capped sleeves on Reem’s dresses are stunning…and I think they might be shrugs that could be removed.

I find Pnina’s dresses just a bit too much to me.  I like the most subtle dresses.  πŸ™‚

@mink: Mine actually looks a lot like one you posted… The bling corset top and the plain drop waist bottom by Kenneth Pool… Mine is a Matthew Christopher from his new 2012 collection. I just don’t know how it will look when it comes in. I had a liner put in mine because the top was a see through corset I hope it still sparkles like I remember… And I agree with Reems dresses! I never wanted any bling! I wanted a lace dress… Well I got a little bling and no lace haha

I have a Mori Lee, much better for a more modest budget, but it is incredibly blingy.

Thank you ladies. I found it funny that my usually very opinionated mother only had one semi-critique during the 50 or so dresses I tried on.  It was a large ballgown with no embellishments and she asked “Are you concerned about the lack of sparkle?” Really “sparkle-factor” had not gone into my initial thoughts about what I wanted in a dress, but I ended up in the sparkliest one I tried on. πŸ˜€
