So my fiance and I picked out my ring together. Spending thousands on my engagment ring was not really something I wanted to do, I wanted a classy beautiful ring but knew I couldn’t really afford a beautiful big cushion cut like my dream ring. I see everyones big sparklers and have a bit of ring envy.
So now I am looking for a beautiful band to jazz up my ring that I can wear together.
Help me bees!
This is my engagment ring. 14 ct white gold, princess cut diamond center stone and four round on each side.
This is the only band I’ve found so far that I like, from JC Penny. I’m trying to keep it under 500 dollars.
Do you think these rings would look good together?
Or show me your own suggestions of a band for my ring!

I think your ering looks beautiful and elegant. It’s a matter of taste but I personally love more delicate bands like yours and don’t think a thin ering band looks too good with a really thick weding band. I also have quite a small and delicate ering and am blinging it up a prong set eternity band and even though it is also a very delicate band, it has a lot of VERY sparkly diamonds. I think you should pair your ring with a diamond eternity or for even more bling, two diamond eternities. You could do 2 matching bands, one at either side of your ring, or my personal fave is 2 different types of eternity ring stacked together and your ering on top. I can’t really make out in your pic but i think your ering looks channel set? You could have a slim channel set band and then a prong set band? It’s easy to get ring envy on these forums looking at everyone’s huge beautiful rocks and intricate settings but well done you at looking at ways of improving the appearance of your esixting ring instead of upgrading and losing the sentiment. I upgraded and regreted it as I really missed my original ring. I now wear it with pride.

I love that wedding band. It’s so beautiful. Your engagement ring is very beatiful too. I think they’ll look lovely together!

I would go with a much more delicate band.

I think your engagement ring is BEAUTIFUL! Since it is on the more delicate side, though, I think you should go with a smaller wedding band so it doesn’t overwhelm the e-ring. Although, if you’re planning on wearing them on seperate fingers then totally go for it… the band is very pretty too!

I would stick with a more delicate wedding ring as well… you want them to compliment each other :).

Just saw this and thought of you. It’s from Brilliant Earth. It’s a delicate twisted diamond band.

I don’t know if you’re open to moissanite but I rather like this band for added sparkle. It’s slim and low, so it wouldn’t overshadow your engagement ring. And you get a full eternity within budget.

Have you ever thought about two wedding bands? One on each side of your engagement ring.
Or if you get something like this one, one band would look fabulous:
This one has princess cut diamonds in it for $299:
This one is right at $499:
You can scroll down & look at the reviews & see real pictures of it on peoples hands.

@Mrs. Fireworks: I really like this, my e ring kind of comes in on both sides of the center stone to a point and looks like a little bow. I think this may go with it perfectly… where is this ring from and how much is it?

@ErinCC: Yeah I think that style will look great with your ring! That was a picture I had saved on my computer from a while ago, but there are rings in that same style all over the internet. I’ll see if I can find it or something similar!
