I am thinking of doing the ‘bling thing’ at my wedding next summer.
Not overly blingy as we are having a July wedding just accents.
Thinking of using the bling bands around candle holders, bouquets, maybe jewels on tables.
Any thoughts, pics or ideas on how to bling out my wedding (but not over done)?
My colors are eggplant and ivory with green accents.

You can set the tone with the invitation
Lots of inspiration for purple and bling
bling can be crystals or rhinestones

You can also make your own favors with some bling… here is a pic of mine!
You can also bling as much or as little of your vases as you want, you can make napkin rings, chair band or hand tied sash cuffs, bling votives out, cake stand, etc. Good thing about this is you can bling with as little or as much as you want!

@marcy455: What are yyou thinking of doing with the crystals?
If you are looking for crystals for stringing you can buy beaded crystal curtains or you can buy by the spool. Try ebay or aliexpress.
As for loose crystals, I know they make the acrylic crystals that can be used to spread over the tables on ebay as well as Michaels. If you want an actual tear drop crystal to hang from a leangth of crystal chain you might check out some online bead retailers or your local bead retailer.

@plcadinha: perfect thanks! I am thinking to hang them off my cake stand as well as in my centerpieces. Also find some loose ones to put at the bottoms on my centerpieces. Buying online is tricky because of international shipping but I will keep my eyes out for things on ebay!
