Our wedding colors are purple, blue, and cream and I’d like my bouquet to have all three colors. I like purple and white tulips (examples: http://www.carenstyle.com/purple-wedding-bouquets.html/purple-wedding-bouquets8 ; http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/white-tulip-bridal-bouquet), but am stuck on a blue flower. Any suggestions? I plan on having a small bouquet – probably the average size for a Bridesmaid or Best Man.

We are doing purple and blue too!
I am having antique blue hydrangeas with purple and blue roses.
You can also use blue orchids!

definitely blue delphinium
ETA: Dude, my florist ahd this awesome set of flashcard-like cards on rings organized by color. I wanted yellow so we went through the stack of every single yellow flower out there (hundreds!) and I stopped him whenever I saw one I liked. If that flower would be available for a resonable price at the time of my wedding, he wrote it down. It was so helpful!

Hydrangeas are so pretty and so full. I’m biased though, I used them for my own wedding.

Thanks for the suggestions. I’m not into orchards and I should’ve mentioned that I’d need something that isn’t overly scented because of my allergies.

See what you think of the bouquets my bridesmaids used at our wedding:

@pengoala: What type of flowers are the blue ones? I’m ignorant when it comes to flowers!

If you like something a little unusual, blue thistle is fun.

blue delphinium, hydrangeas, orchids, dyed carnations, geranium, phlox.., the list goes on. When you meet with your florist you should be able to get a full list of all the blue flowers they carry
