Has anyone had any issues returning items to bluenile? I’ll totally admit it was our fault ordering the wrong size originally, and now the .5 size bigger is still a tiny bit too small on him so we have to exchange it again. Argh!
But the first time I sent it back, they just emailed me a return label and it was no issue. This time I had to call twice to get the label sent, and now the guy tells me it has to be double boxed in order to actually be insured. Ummm that would have been nice to know the first time?! Nobody said anything about double boxing it, and I didn’t see it in their instructions either? Now I still don’t see an exchange pending on my account and it’s been hours…just kind of weirds me out! It was there within minutes last time. Just afraid his ring is going to end up stuck in la-la-land. 🙁
