I don’t have my own to show, but I’m also thinking about incorporating sapphires in my wedding band. Something like this maybe:

I got one that I wear as part of my set sometimes or as a right hand ring. I agree- sapphires are beautiful,

Clove86 :  the diamond eternity stones are just about .2 ct each and the mixed band stones come out to about .1 ct each

Not married yet, but I got this sapphire and moissonite band custom made from Lord of the Gem rings (online store). I think it came out pretty well! My e-ring is also sapphire and moissonite, and I got that custom made at a store in Boston.
