Have you tried Zappos?  also try googling tiffany blue shoe in the Images tab and then click on the picture. Often they will tell you where they come from.

 

Here are a few I found. It looks like when comparing Tiffany Blue to the color charts many companies are calling it Teal, so it may help to search that term as well.

Unfortunately, the Martinez valero vida blue is no longer made. I contacted the company. I wish I could find them in a 9.5….
