MissVintageLace:  Hey there! Thank you… This is my new username since the WB change. Anyway, it was Alfred Angelo… I’ll have to track down the model #. Let me know if you would like me to do that.

It looks darker in the picture on the thread, due to my awful iphone camera (skewed colors). So, here are a couple pro photos so you can see the true light champagne color and shape of the dress. I lost 30lbs pre-wedding, so the fit was not perfect (even after alterations). The gold satin became way shorter due to her having to take the dress in so much, and the midriff still scrunched up a little. There was also a tiny gap where the corset tied at the bottom that I’d not noticed before, and so I had to leave my “bow” out to cover it. More time with alterations probably would have solved most of these issues, but I was on a time crunch.

I also decided once the dress came in that I was not a fan of the flowers. At all. I was able to remove them from the bust, but my seamstress said it was too risky to change them out on the skirt. : ( All in all everyone loved it, and it turned out ok. It is a beautiful dress, but I just wanted to let you know the issues that I ran into. : ) If I could go back, I would have had a similar one custom made… With no flowers, and probably a button up back.

Soon2bmarried123:  Good to know! So far I’ve been looking at Maggie Sottero´s Anniston, which is similiar but without the flowers. I love corset back dresses, they feel like they fit better to me. Your photos are beautiful by the way!

I am wearing a short Audrey Hepburn style dress.  This is an encore wedding for me and my Fiance.  My dress is ivory.  Obviously on a model in this picture.

mine is ivory over moscato. Anyone know what colour moscato is? I haven’t a clue ?! the back of this dress is just loosely folded back cos it’s actually keyhole back which I’m changing. It’s also tooooooo puffy for me so I’m getting the netting taken out. I said thst today too, how do i know?! When will I know?! I’m too fussy and indecisive so I found this dress and I’m fixing it to fit my ideal!

for the ladies that have white/ivory lace appliques on tulle, is the tulle ivory/white or is the the same color as the bottom layer?
