I do like the dress in the picture, and I do like blush! I would have done it had I been able to get my dream blush Lazaro dress. I think nude bridesmaid dresses would look awesome, but I’m also partial to nude color palettes. I don’t think blush is tacky, but I do think some dresses are regardless of color lol.

Why on Earth would blush be tacky? And I don’t think “cute” is the right word either…for me cute describes the dress a flower girl would wear. There are some really stunning blush dresses that definitely don’t fit in the “cute” category.

I got what I will dub a “wedding boner” just looking at that dress. So modern, so gorgeous, and I heard that color is flattering on everyone.

I think the blush dress is nice, however my only concern would be when I look back at my pictures 30+ years from now am I still going to like it? Or am I going to regret it because it was the “trendy” thing even though it seems to compliment your skin better. On my day, I want to look like a bride, a kickass bride, but none-the-less a bride. So I would just ask yourself those questions. As for bridesmaids dresses I think anything that gives an awesome contrast, Charcoal grey? deep purple (blackberry)? Navy? Good Luck~

I don’t like blush, but if you like it, go for it. I don’t think it’s tacky or cute, since it’s really not my thing. But I wouldn’t raise an eyebrow if a bride showed up in a pink dress.

I’m pretty sure I’m going to have a blush dress myself, so obviously I love the idea!
Don’t put your poor bridesmaids in nude, though. It washes so many people out terribly. I like the PP’s suggestions of gray or navy – if you want it to be a pastel color, you could do baby blue or pale green and it’d still look good!

Go for it!! I LOVE that dress! I love couture style dresses, too bad Im too old to wear them! lol
Chocolaty brown, beige, or ivory would look great with your dress! Even a sliver gray as well. Your something blue will go just fine! 🙂
White does not look that good on me either so I totally understand! The creamy ivory colors work for me so does pink.

I love blush dresses! I dont know if its just the coloring on my laptop, but that one looks more brownish pink to me? I think nude or mocha would go well with it.
I remember one bee had a blush dress and had her bridesmaids in a darker peach color and they looked fabulous together.
I also think if its more on the pink side and less on the neutral side, then a light purple/periwinkle color would look pretty. Probably too cutesy for most people though.

my bridesmaids are in ivory, pink, and like a beige pink..very monochromatic
so i say go for it

I LOVE blush dresses… But only on brides 25+! I think a pink dress on a woman under 25 says “prom dress” just a little too much!

I have a blush dress and my bridesmaids will be in navy blue! I love love love my blush dress and I don’t think you can go wrong with your pick:)
Have you seen the dress in person? I only ask because the model picture of my dress looks nothing like the actual color in real life! I’d check it out in store to make sure you love it:)

@Roxykitten: I fell in love with the Maggie Sottero Divina gown in blush, but I can’t afford it, so I’m going with a while Allure gown that is similar instead. I think blush is beautiful, and I’m a little disappointed that my dress is white. I really wanted to do blush bride with white/cream bridesmaids.
