1. They have no clue how much you spent, and a gorgeous jewelry set is more than enough of a gift.

2. If you feel you absolutely MUST find another gift, get them gift certificates for pedicures!

I also think that a jewelry set sounds lovely. If you wanted, though, you could add a small thing to each set to help round out the budget. I think it’s really nice to give BMs something that really reflects who they are–and it doesn’t have to be big or expensive; in fact, getting them something that’s about you knowing them so well takes the focus off of how much said gift cost. So if Bridesmaid or Best Man is a movie buff, a gift certificate to the local theatre with a note to make a date to see whatever she wants and a box of Junior Mints would be great or if Maid/Matron of Honor like to garden, a little potted plant with a new spade or something. Seriously–I think personal trumps dollars every time and in your case, a personal addition might be good since the “main gift” is the same.

What about a personalized jewelry case/jewelry roll to keep their pearls in?? Etsy has some fabulous choices! An extra $40 per bridesmaid seems like a lot, but I also have a hard time limiting the gift giving to my wonderful bridesmaids!!

….don’t forget about the importance of a thoughtful hand-written note to each gal, thanking them specifically for what they have helped you with throughout the process. Genuine words from the heart are free! … and you can always splurge on a little something extra if you wan too 🙂
